Adults-only rooftop pool complex in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria
Outdoor Spaces & Pool
The shared rooftop swimming pool is open all year and offers a solarium with sun loungers and two Balinese beds. The sun terrace provides panoramic views of the bay and Atlantic Ocean. Glass containers are not allowed on the pool terrace, and there is no lifeguard on duty.
Apartments & Terrace
Each Premium Studio includes a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a living space with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, safe, and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, electric kettle, and toaster. Every apartment has a furnished terrace with two sun loungers, a table and chairs, and a movable parasol.
Location & Access
The beach is a 10-minute walk downhill via a staircase from the property. Restaurants, bars, and shops are within a 5-minute drive, and a small supermarket is a 200-metre walk. Gran Canaria Airport is 48 km away; taxis from the beach area cost approximately 3-4 euros.
Adults-Only & Quiet Policy
The complex is restricted to adults only, with no children or animation teams on site. Loud music from personal speakers around the pool and terraces is reported as tolerated by management. The hotel does not have a 24-hour reception; guests check in at the sister hotel IG Nachosol Atlantic via a complimentary taxi.
Services & Security
Cleaning service operates five days per week with towel changes available daily except Wednesdays and Sundays. A refundable 100-euro damage deposit is required and is returned after check-out. The building uses key card access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers; in-room safes are electric and require instructions inside the door.
